To ensure the ultimate performance of the products, the company has invested heavily in establishing a high-standard laboratory equipped with advanced testing equipment, including: a microcomputer torsion testing machine (0-500N.m), a universal testing machine (0-200KN), a flash tester, a double 85-degree test chamber, a high-low temperature thermal shock test chamber (-40-140°C), a partial discharge test room (0-120KV), a lightning impulse tester (0-300KV), a withstand voltage tester (0-100KV), an insulation resistance tester (0-1TΩ), a high-temperature test chamber (0-300°C), a low-temperature test chamber (-86°C-0°C), as well as hardness testers, ROHS test component analyzers, arc resistance testers, verticality testers, vertical and horizontal burning test chambers, ball pressure testing devices, and salt spray testers. These facilities provide robust support for the entire quality control process from raw materials to finished products.
